Balea's eye and lip concentrate is a pampering special care product. The concentrate with caffeine provides intensive moisture*. In addition, the active ingredient Kalpariane gives tired skin an energy boost**. The formula with evening primrose oil, vitamin E and squalane can, when used regularly, ensure a smoothed eye area* and well-groomed eyebrows and eyelashes. The concentrate is also suitable as intensive care for the lips and makes them velvety-soft.

Usage instructions
Twist or cut off the cap of the capsule. After cleansing, apply the concentrate to the eye and lip area with your fingertips. Massage gently. Also suitable for eyebrows and eyelashes. Gently dab onto eyelashes and eyebrows with your fingertips, do not rub. Regular use (morning and evening) is recommended. Capsule contents are sufficient for one application. Skin compatibility confirmed dermatologically and ophthalmologically
